unique information that reflects a particular insight
- Maintains
constant relevance to the reader
- Is clearly
written, brief and to the point
- Gives the
reader the ability to scan quickly so they can get information
that is important to them

how do most people compare email newsletters with other media?
"Bottom line, I'd rather have it in an email newsletter
than in the regular mail. I can click delete if I don't want it;
I don't have to throw anything away; and it is usually easier
to unsubscribe if you don't want to get anymore."
