HISTORY
EnableSoft Inc. has been providing solutions for data management and business efficiency challenges for over 10 years. Financial institutions, manufacturers, insurers and healthcare providers are a few of the industries turning to EnableSoft for solutions to their data management problems. The company utilizes its Foxtrot Data Scripting Technology to help move, merge, manage and maintain data in front and back office operations for 100% accuracy. EnableSoft’s product suite is used by more than 500 organizations worldwide.
CHALLENGE
EnableSoft had been deploying email marketing campaigns through its own resources. Over time, the company was becoming more sophisticated in its email strategy; however, their internal capabilities were not keeping pace with needs. Delivery rates and open rates were falling. Company executives were growing restless with the lack of anticipated incremental revenue the email campaigns should have been driving once a potential customer downloaded a free trial version of their FoxTrot software; and, the individual emails within campaigns were lacking proper personalization and customization.
Solution
After a thorough evaluation of EnableSoft’s current email marketing approach, .Com Marketing recommended and implemented an email marketing strategy that put into place a number of opportunities capable of producing immediate sales results. In general terms, the steps provided for a communication strategy with customers not presently being talked to via email; the ability to obtain email addresses from every customer; added personalization data into the email database; and, created an email auto-responder for all email database trial software sign-ups. After sign-up, a series of three separate email messages are sent directly to the potential customer over a 30-day period, each with a different Call-To-Action message.
RESULTS
As a result of full implementation of the .Com Marketing recommendations, EnableSoft’s email campaigns are realizing an improved delivery rate of 94 % (and still climbing); and, an incredible open rate of over 31%, twice the average benchmark.
