HISTORY
3PV® provides complete third party verification solutions to a variety of industries. They are the leader in speech-enabled, live-agent, online third-party verification (TPV) and call-recording services for the cable and telephone industries, including both circuit switch and VoIP customers.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to launch a new website to position 3PV® as the leader in the third party verification industry.
PROCESS
We worked closely with 3PV® to define their business objectives, goals, target market and captured the strategy within a creative brief. We defined current assets, built a site map with intuitive navigation, and presented the wire frame for approval. Upon acceptance we presented 3 concept designs for approval and then built out the website based on the approved design, using 100% search engine-friendly construction techniques. Finally, we tested and launched the new website - the entire design and build process was completed within five weeks.
